However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy ensures a smooth, transparent, and hassle-free process.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • All labels, seals, and invoices must be intact.

  • The return request must be raised via email or WhatsApp within the return window.

❌ Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, opened, or tampered with.

  • The item is damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • The product is returned without its original invoice or packaging.

  • The request is raised after 7 days from delivery.

2. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team, we will initiate a refund within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method used during purchase.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must share valid bank account details for refund processing.

  • Shipping or handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

  • If you used a discount code or promotional offer, the refund will reflect the discounted amount only.

You will be notified via email or SMS once your refund has been initiated.

3. Replacements

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost.

To initiate a replacement:

  1. Notify our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear images or videos of the damaged or wrong item.

  3. Our team will verify and arrange pickup or replacement shipment.

Note: Replacements are subject to product availability.

4. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Opened or partially used Ayurvedic wellness or personal care products

  • Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or discounts

  • Gift cards, vouchers, or digital services

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.

  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • In case of prepaid cancellations within the allowed time, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
