1. Order Placement
Orders can be placed directly through our official website, mobile application, or authorized distributors/partners.
Please ensure that all personal details (name, address, contact number, email, and payment details) are accurate and complete at the time of order.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with your unique Order ID.
Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization (except for Cash on Delivery).
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

Product prices, discounts, and offers are subject to change without prior notice due to promotions, market conditions, or policy updates.
In case of any pricing errors or discrepancies, Divyaayur Natural reserves the right to cancel or modify the order with prior customer notification.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Estimated delivery timelines:
Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–7 business days
Remote areas: Up to 10 business days
Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, natural events, strikes, or public holidays.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.
Divyaayur Natural is not liable for delays, misdeliveries, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
For prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed window, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For orders that have been shipped, customers may request a return or replacement as per our Refund & Return Policy.
5. Returns & Refunds
All returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our official Refund & Return Policy.
Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Refunds will be initiated only after inspection and approval by our quality control team.
6. Product Availability
All products are subject to stock availability.
In the rare event that a product is out of stock or discontinued after you place an order, we will:
Notify you promptly via email or phone, and
Offer an alternative product or a full refund.
Divyaayur Natural reserves the right to limit order quantities for select products.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and satisfying experience, customers are expected to:
Inspect the products upon delivery and immediately notify our support team in case of damage, leakage, or missing items.
Store Ayurvedic and herbal products as per the storage guidelines mentioned on the packaging to maintain their quality and effectiveness.
Use the products as directed and consult an Ayurvedic practitioner if required for personalized guidance.
